Kitui County Assembly Speaker Kevin Kinengo Katisya paid a courtesy call to the National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang'ula today.
During the visit, he said he benefited from Wetang'ula's great wealth of experience in the legal field.
The youthful Speaker added that county assemblies benchmark widely with the two Houses of Parliament, National Assembly and Senate, to enable them deliver on their mandate effectively.
