Mr John Kieti Musyoka has won a hotly contested Kitui Teachers' Sacco director position with 345 votes.
The elections were held in Kandwia shopping centre in Kyuso Ward, Mwingi North.
Other candidates in the post were Mukinya who was the second garnering 256 votes. The third position went to Philip. Philip managed 215 votes.
Tseikuru MCA Kimanzi Muange congratulated the young director terming him "a man and leader of substance".
"All glory to God. Congrats to our very own Kieti-a man and leader of substance ππΏππΏ", said the Tseikuru legislator.
Mr Musyoka, a teacher by profession received plenty of congratulations messages from his colleagues, former students, church and the wide community he serves.
