The weatherman has forecast several places in Kitui County as likely to receive light to moderate rainfall from Thursday this week.
The maximum temperature during the forecast period will range from 25°C to 34°C while the minimum temperature will oscillate between 17°C and 23°C.
Kitui County Director of Meteorological Services Daniel Mbithi has reminded all farmers to consult with their respective local agricultural extension officers from the County Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock for advice on the best farm practices.
