Students from Mwingi North constituency are expected to receive bursary from their MP Paul Nzengu. The distribution schedule seen by MWINGI TIMES shows that the funds will be sent to the learner's schools towards the end of January and start of February 2024.
In keeping with the adage that charity begins at home, Kyuso Ward residents will be the first to get Mwingi North bursary allocation. MP Eng Paul Nzengu's home ward will receive bursaries on January 29. They include Kalitine, Ngungani and Tyaa Kamuthale locations. Tharaka Ward will also be served the same day. Other wards and Kyuso locations will be served in future dates as listed in the bursary distribution schedule for the year 2024.
For Tseikuru Ward residents, two teams from the MP's office will visit to serve them. On January 30, MP Nzengu's officials will camp at Mwangea, Kaivirya and Ngongoni for the vital exercise meant to unlock the academic dreams of students.
On January 31, they distribute bursaries to Kaningo, Ngalange and Tseikuru locations.
All the five Wards making up Mwingi North will get bursaries. They are Kyuso, Ngomeni, Tseikuru, Tharaka and Mumoni.
