Billy Mwangi was whipped and is traumatized -MP

Billy is one of the four abducted Kenyan youth who were reunited with their families after abductions lasting more than 14 day.

The Manyatta MP further said that the abductions were made to make Embu residents fear. Instead, they are more courageous, he said.

"Even if we have gotten back Billy, let Billy be the last person to go through this. Let his parents be the last people to go through the ordeal", said the MP insisting that the law should be followed at all times.

Billy Mwangi, 24 was abandoned in Nyeri county and returned back home today. He was frail and was taken to hospital for medical checkups.
