The distribution of bursary cheques to students in Mwingi North constituency for the year 2025 starts today. According to a program from area MP Eng Paul Nzengu, they will visit the following locations: Kalatine, Ngungani, Tyaa Kamuthale, Tharaka, Kanthungu, Mukong'a, Nguuku, Mutanda and Katse.
The bursary distribution activity will start from 8am. MP Nzengu has called upon residents to arrive early and come with identification documents of students such as fees structures, receipts and admission numbers of the learners. This will serve for correct identification of students to avoid situations where cheques bounce due to submission of wrong data to the schools.
Those targeted for bursaries allocations are students in secondary schools, colleges and universities.
